Neil Ajith Nair is the founder of Pragma, a software studio building operational platforms for real businesses.

The idea took shape during his internship at Resolve Tech Solutions, where he worked within the talent acquisition function, building a document verification engine and contributing across solution strategy, frontend prototyping, backend development, and code review. It became clear that the real cost to the business wasn't the core work itself, but the manual coordination surrounding it — the updates, the re-entry, the repetition. That insight became the foundation for Pragma.

Under Neil's leadership, Pragma built and shipped its first platform: a complete recruitment operations system for a boutique executive search firm, now live and managing real pipeline, revenue, and client data. Since then, he has led engagements across IT services, staffing, and logistics, applying a consistent principle at each stage — understand the business thoroughly before proposing a solution, then build software shaped precisely around that reality rather than a generic template.

Neil leads product strategy and client partnerships at Pragma, and is completing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science at VIT Vellore. He is focused on building a studio defined by precision, discipline, and software that businesses can genuinely depend on.

Aditya Aryan Singh is Co-Founder and CTO of Pragma, a software studio building operational platforms for real businesses.

Aditya leads the engineering function at Pragma, translating the studio's understanding of a client's operations into systems that are precise, dependable, and built to last. His background spans backend engineering, applied machine learning, and computer vision — shaped by internships at Koolbuch Ltd and Dionce Technologies, where he worked across AI-driven backend systems and ML research. That experience, paired with a foundation in Python, C++, Django, FastAPI, React, and AWS, informs how he approaches architecture at Pragma: build for the specific reality of the business, not the generic template.

Under his technical leadership, Pragma shipped its first platform — a complete recruitment operations system for a boutique executive search firm, now live and managing real pipeline, revenue, and client data. Since then, Aditya has been responsible for the engineering behind Pragma's engagements across IT services, staffing, and logistics, holding the same standard on every build: understand the operation first, then design software shaped precisely around it.

Aditya is completing a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science Engineering at VIT, Vellore. He is focused on building the engineering backbone of a studio defined by precision, discipline, and software that businesses can genuinely depend on.
